What’s in a name?

We love buying campgrounds that need TLC. Our first two parks required full replacement of their waste treatment systems, and extensive repair. We saw the potential in the parks, and decided that we would take this Ugly Duckling properties, and make them into the beautiful swans that we knew they could be, and thus, the name was clear.

As we began our research, we fell in love with the similar values, lifestyle, and determination between our family and ducks. Ducks are known for their grace and resilience and can thrive in every environment, water, air, and land. Ducks appear calm and peaceful on the surface but swim like crazy underwater. In addition, they are migratory, which means they always find home wherever they land.
